Beer tasting sessions

on the base of beers of lower fermentation

Pils beer : The origin of pils beer lies in the Czech city of Pilsen, where a bright and golden beer of lower fermentation was brewed in the middle of the 19th century (1842). Nowadays pils beer cover some 90% of the total beer production worldwide. Characteristic for these beers is the use of soft water, pale malts and a lot of hop. In the past these beers had an explicit bitter taste, but today people call it a sophisticated hop bitterness.
